Film Warranty
Warranty period is for the life of the vehicle and begins on the date the film is installed. In the unlikely event that the window film application should experience an adhesive failure such as cracking; glazing; delamination; peeling; excessive or unusual colour change or any other failure due to a manufacturer’s defect then we will provide a replacement free of charge. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, and expense or cost caused, or partially caused through improper film care, cleaning, abuse, or glass breakage.

Cleaning & Maintenance
A soft cloth or a clean synthetic sponge is recommended for cleaning the window film followed by another clean, soft cloth or soft rubber squeegee for drying. Do not use bristle brushes, abrasive scrubbing sponges, or any other cleaning materials that could scratch the film or that may have been contaminated with dirt particles. Some brands of paper towels are coarse enough to put fine scratches in the film. While these scratches may be too thin to be seen initially, they can damage the polished look over time.
Most cars have a black ceramic ‘frit’ edge on the rear window. Sometimes this ceramic edge is straight and flat – sometimes it will have a dotted edge. These black ceramic dots may prevent the window film from sticking to the area between the dots. This may result in a whitish looking strip trimming the glass. Typically, this is not very noticeable however some cars have a wide band of dots trimming the top of the rear window. This area is sometimes so wide that the whitish looking area created is more pronounced. Unfortunately, the effect is unavoidable.
The mounting solution used during the installation will require time to dry out. This period of time will vary depending on weather conditions. Warm and sunny weather is ideal and will ensure a faster drying time, whilst cold and wet weather will have the opposite effect.
As a guide, window film will normally take at least 1 -3 weeks to fully dry, sometimes a lot longer.
Until completely dry, your tinted windows may appear hazy or lumpy and it may seem to have ‘water bubbles’. Do not roll your tinted windows down until they are completely dry. This will help to secure proper drying of the adhesive system to the glass.
